The South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service based in Bunbury which provides a variety of health services to Aboriginal people in the South West, Great South, Upper wheatbelt and Peel Regions of Western Australia. SWAMS delivers a wide range of Services including: GP Clinics, Primary Health Care, Counselling, NDIS and community host various programs. SWAMS has a strong growth strategy through partnership opportunities and future community development. About the team: The Compliance Officer supports the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensures compliance with accreditation standards across the organisation. As the primary contact for QMS, they provide training and support to staff while maintaining system accuracy and effectiveness. They assist with audits, accreditation processes, and compliance reporting, ensuring regulatory requirements are met. Working closely with the Quality & Compliance Coordinator and Quality Assurance Officer, they help address gaps, improve risk management practices, and contribute to quality-driven projects.
