Individual Giving Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead our direct marketing and digital fundraising efforts. This role is instrumental in managing and growing Wayside’s individual giving programs, including appeals, campaigns, and monthly donations. Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager, you will drive our fundraising objectives through engaging communications and donor stewardship. You will also oversee the work of the Campaign Coordinator, working to optimise current campaigns and innovate new strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of key direct marketing and digital fundraising appeals, including our Christmas Appeal, Donate a Plate, Valentine’s Day, Winter Appeal & Warm a Heart. - Manage multi-channel campaigns through direct mail, email, social ads, SMS, and telemarketing. - Collaborate across teams to optimise supporter journeys, nurture relationships with mid-level and major donors, and identify potential bequest leads. - Track and report on income, expenditure, and forecasts for individual giving initiatives. - Oversee Wayside’s monthly giving program, focusing on supporter acquisition, retention, and lifecycle manageme...
