Systems Engineering Manager (Systems Engineering Management) Company: Boeing United Kingdom Limited The Boeing Training Solutions team is seeking a simulator engineering manager to lead our global team of campus simulator engineers, responsible for engineering support and technical oversight of Boeing’s extensive network of commercial Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTDs). Candidate will plan, develop and direct engineering work throughout the full lifecycle of Boeing simulators from new airplane simulator acquisition programs to the maintenance and update of legacy devices. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate and provide oversight of global engineering resources and technical approaches to support simulator issues, updates and modifications, special projects, and new acquisitions across the global network. Build, manage, develop, motivate and grow a diverse and global campus simulator engineering team. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, training stakeholders, peers, partners, regulators and direct reports.
