Description JOB SUMMARY: As a Collections Specialist, you will play a vital role in our financial operations by ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. Your responsibilities will include contacting clients to negotiate payment terms, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of collections activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
