Job Purpose: The primary function of this position is to manage and support intelligence operations, ensuring effective program and project management within the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Intelligence Community (IC). The role involves a wide range of tasks from communication and documentation to emergency response and technical system management. This role demands a high level of expertise, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate across various levels and departments, ensuring the effective management and operation of intelligence programs. Responsibilities: - Manage and support all-source intelligence operations (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Open Source, ELINT) and interact with various U.S. Government agencies related to intelligence, foreign policy, and law enforcement. - Oversee multiple contracts and projects, manage contract/program funds, and ensure high standards of efficiency and accuracy in operations. - Communicate effectively with senior-level government personnel and brief senior DOE officials.
