About this role Associate, Database Platform Development: Role Summary: We are seeking an Associate Database Platform Developer to help design, build, and maintain database centric tooling and services that improve scalability, reliability, and developer productivity across the database estate. This role sits within the Database Platform Development function and focuses on software development, automation, and platform enablement rather than traditional day to day database administration. The role works closely with senior engineers, application teams, and infrastructure partners to modernize legacy tooling, automate operational workflows, and support database platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Platform and Tooling Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal database tooling, services, and automation used for provisioning, access management, schema changes, and operational validation. Develop and enhance scripts, services, and utilities using Python, Perl, Java, or similar languages under the guidance of senior engineers.
