Job Description Summary The Casting Process Engineer, also referred to as Process Owner, is responsible for consistent execution of major and critical casting processes used in our production of the most advanced SX/DS blades Vernova gas turbines. The Process Engineer assures that executional variation of major processes are identified and controlled. The Process Engineer will work onsite at our Investment Casting Foundry in Schenectady Cores and Castings where you will get to work with innovative technologies, and SX/DS furnaces. "Join a dynamic, fast-paced team where no two days are the same" Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities for specific process owned - Safety: Assure that all owned equipment are operating as designed, including all safety features. Assure operators are trained in all equipment safety features and for all processes. Contribute to Management of Change, Safety Risk Assessments and LOTO on all equipment. - Equipment: Establish process controls to reduce process excursions via data analysis.
