Overview Rewarding Opportunity with $10,000 Hiring Incentive The Clinical Social Worker I is a therapist to children and families who have experienced or may be at risk for trauma through physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, domestic and community violence and negative social conditions. Responsibilities: - Provide clinical social work services to children, adolescents, young adults, and families, through individual, group, or family modalities. - Conduct evaluations, including diagnostic assessments to determine appropriate treatment modality. - Collaborate with the referring agency to assist them in utilizing the evaluation/treatment services in the development of the service plan for the child and the family. - Collaborate with the school system to assure that the children are receiving appropriate educational services, if indicated. - Participate in peer consultation groups and/or individual supervision for the purpose of review of clinical work. - Attend in-service clinical training programs, treatment planning meeting, and necessary administrative meetings. - Maintain client activity at the projected level set by the administrative staff. - Maintain the medical record for e...
