Project Administrator

Job description

The Opportunity RS&H is currently seeking an experienced project administrator to join our team. This position will work outside on an active construction site. As part of the construction management team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by directing inspectors and assisting in all phases of moderately complex to complex construction projects. This position will plan, coordinate, schedule, and execute detailed phases of work as part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope; prepare and/or supervise preparation of field testing and construction inspection reports; coordinate and interpret drawings and specifications; consult with manufacturers/contractors; evaluate and select materials with lead design professionals and observes design and construction features of projects in the field; manage the contractor's daily operations and significant events that affect the work to ensure detailed accurate records are collected and maintained in a timely and accurate fashion; ensure materials being incorporated into the project are being sampled and tested in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents; and serve as a key liaison to utility companie...
