As the team adopts AI‑enabled tools, it is focused on improving efficiency, consistency, and insight generation across customer communications. Position Summary: The Marketing & Communications AI Agent Intern will support the design, testing, and documentation of AI‑enabled workflows that improve how customer communications are created, reviewed, analyzed, and reported. The intern will help automate repetitive tasks, standardize Copilot prompts and agents, improve intake and reporting workflows, and surface insights from campaigns. This role provides hands‑on experience applying AI tools in a production enterprise environment.
