Company Description As Manufacturing Engineers you will be joining a growing division of Segula. This offers a large potential for personal growth within a consultancy who works with multiple customers and sectors. You will be responsible for introduction of new facilities, materials product lines and new/ current vehicle freshening programs. Job Description: - Assessing feasibility of new facilities and processes, development and management of projects for cost, quality and timing. - Supporting the area by providing the required capability and capacity at the facilities and supporting equipment, aligned to the programme milestones, launch plans and production requirements. - Developing engineering solutions that are suited to the capabilities of appropriate facility and its associated process characteristics as directed. - Developing robust/lean layout solutions to support facility project delivery or process/operational efficiency improvements. - Co-ordinating the support and input of all relevant stakeholders to achieve acceptance, buy-off and successful handover of new or modified facilities. - Working closely with Manufacturing and other Engineering disciplines across the comp...
