Job Description: Context and Scope Romania Pet Specialty Retailing (PSR) Head is responsible for deployment and execution of PSR strategy & priorities and deliver PSR KPIs in the market. The purpose of the role is to: drive sales performance in PSR channel and ensure qualitative line management for the PSR team manage, develop and support PSR sales team in delivering aligned sales & qualitative KPIs increase Royal Canin product sales, market share, brand awareness and costumer’s loyalty to Royal Canin brand Job Specifications/Qualifications: Education & Professional Qualifications: Job Specificationualificatio Higher education (University) degree: Fluency in English. Knowledge / Experience: 5+ years people management experience. 5+ years’ experience in Field Sales, Key Account Management or Experience within FMCG or PETCARE or PHARMA industry IT literate.
