Dual General Manager | KODA & Graystone Columbia Hospitality Residential Services is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead high-functioning onsite teams dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our residents in two distinctive Seattle luxury high-rise communities. Our ideal candidate is a trusted leader with prior experience in luxury, residential communities and with a proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships with developers, vendors, and owners. As a General Manager, you provide overall direction and leadership for all departments in each property and play a key role in governance, financial stewardship, risk mitigation, and resident trust.
