Carpenter Co. has immediate openings for a Forklift Operator in our Laminated Mattress Department on 1st Shift [6am to 2pm] at our Elkhart, Indiana foam manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for to communicate with line workers, leads, supervisors, and managers to ensure the correct materials are staged and ready to use ahead of time with no downtime. The hourly starting pay rate for this position is $23.93 to $24.85 per hour.
