Primary Function: The essential function of this position is to supervise all day to day activities of the specified line. Ensures all Production orders are completed, according to customer Specifications, time, packs and cost. Maintains strict compliance to all Health and Food Safety guidelines, grade-out procedures, Production standards, and governmental regulations.
