Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks a highly-driven, creative, multi-talented Associate, Content Production . The Associate, Content Production will join our Communications and Marketing team at the forefront of innovation at HCZ. The individual will be a skilled videographer and video editor who will support the creation of a range of content promoting the work and impact of HCZ, including but not limited to: video, photography, and motion graphics. The work of the Associate, Content Production will be published across our marketing platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and digital and print advertising. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree - 5-7 years’ experience in video production and editing - Expertise editing video - Experience creating content for social media (ex: Instagram Reels, Tik Tok videos, and others.) - Expertise in creating motion graphics - Experience working with Cinema and Mirrorless cameras - Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and vendors - Able to work some weekends - Able to travel outside of New York City and out of state for some...
