Support Team Leader We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Team Leader to join our Technical Support team on a fixed term, contract for up to 6 months, with a possibility of an extension up to 12 months. Based at our Ilkley office and reporting to the Support Manager, the Support Team Leader will play a crucial role in leading our Technical Support team to deliver high quality technical support to our customer base. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise and a customer focused approach. Key responsibilities of this role: - Manage and support day to day duties of first and second line Support teams, ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained whilst contributing to the delivery of customers' initial ticket responses within agreed internal SLAs. - Ensure all process and policies are followed to achieve accurate triage of tickets and calls. - Ensure the installation calendar is rota'd and managed. - Report to line management on a regular basis to ensure issues are captured early. - Identifying team training and team building opportunities to drive forward the growth of the Support function.
