Contract Manager Job Summary: The Contract Manager supports the Director of Contract Management and Legal Affairs by overseeing the day-to-day management of contracts across the organization. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering agreements to ensure compliance, consistency, and risk mitigation. The Contract Manager partners closely with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams to align contract terms with organizational goals and regulatory requirements while maintaining efficient contract lifecycle processes. Qualifications: - Contract Preparation & Negotiation - Prepare, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements. - Support the development and use of standardized contract templates to ensure consistency and legal compliance across jurisdictions. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives and legal standards. - Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the Director and coordinate with external counsel as needed. - Contract Lifecycle Management - Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, revisions, ap...
