Position Summary: Supports terminal operations through clerical and customer service activities while ensuring shipment documentation is accurate, organized and properly processed. Contributes to smooth daily operations by assisting with paperwork, recordkeeping and basic service requests. Major Tasks and Responsibilities: - Prepares, prints, scans, and organizes documentation for terminal operations and dispatch. - Maintains accurate filing and recordkeeping systems for shipments and terminal records. - Bundles and distributes paperwork for outbound shipments in coordination with operations staff. - Reviews outbound load paperwork to ensure accuracy before dispatch. - Handles inbound calls and emails to provide timely...
