Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities: Independently review all required transactional documents prior to sale completion including but not limited to: Verify customer identity with the drivers license. Verify customer proof of liability insurance. Verify that other required documents have been completed. Analyze and compare documents for internal consistency of populated data. Correct any inconsistencies discovered and verify with the customer. Work with the customer to explain the meaning of transactional required documents.
