Position: Resort Services - Operations Reports to: Resort Services Manager Employment: Seasonal, Full Time Start Date: Mid-November Pay Rate: $19.00/hour End Date: Mid-April Location: Big White Ski Resort: Job Description: The Resort Services Operations team is responsible for the seamless planning, organizing and execution of daily, weekly, and seasonal events, as well as providing support to the Resort Services Department in various capacities to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Position Requirements/Skills: - Proven self-motivation with the ability to work well with minimum supervision - Comfortable with public speaking and hosting events - Experience in planning and delivering events - Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills - Previous manual labor experiences are an asset - Ability to work well within a diverse team environment - Flexible availability, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and statutory holidays - British Columbian Driver’s License or willingness to obtain Dutie...
