We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to assist our Finance division with billing, client communications and internal auditing. This position is based in San Antonio, TX. Suitable candidates should live in the greater San Antonio area and have the ability to work in-office at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection. - Manage and update multiple billing entries using accounting software. - Reconcile billing records with payroll and other financial entries to ensure consistency. - Ensure accurate posting of billing transactions for timely period-end close. - Communicate directly with clients to resolve billing inquiries and offer support regarding invoicing procedures. - Collaborate with internal teams to complete billing processes....
