Job Summary: As a Special Projects Producer you will produce, write, and coordinate interviews and shoots for biweekly Targeted Special Reports and occasional 30-minute or 60-minute special broadcasts. This position plays a key role in the planning, development, and execution of high-impact, in-depth news segments that address specific issues relevant to the community. The Special Projects Producer works closely with reporters, photographers, editors, and other news staff to create compelling and informative content that aligns with the station’s goals and vision. Job Responsibilities: Assist in researching and assigning Targeted Special Reports, offering story ideas and maintaining the Special Projects calendar.
