Director of Capture Management - 18206 Description: LOCATION: The desire is for the Director of Capture Management to reside in Wood Dale IL. Individuals must have reasonable access to a major airport and must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed. SUMMARY: The Director of Capture Management is responsible for leading capture efforts, overseeing capture managers, conducting market analysis, and devising capture strategies to win contracts supporting DoD, US/foreign governments, and OEMs. This leader will work closely with internal stakeholders, defense contractors, prime contractors, and OEMs in developing executable support and sustainment strategies resulting in lower life cycle costs for the customer, and reasonable profit for AAR.
