We currently have an opportunity for a Zero Harm Business Partner. Join our Zero Harm team to support an internal contract under the Health & Education portfolio and play a key role in providing expert Health & Safety technical advice, management system guidance and practical support to leaders and staff across the business unit. Reporting to the Zero Harm Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all Zero Harm related matters, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees. Facilitate the development of a Zero Harm leadership culture within the business unit, that is focused on manger-led delivery of positive Zero Harm outcomes. Support delivery and implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy and ensure performance objectives/outcomes are achieved within agreed timeframes.
