Job Description The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Business Analytics Lead in Pittsburgh, PA. Specific duties include: (1) lead analytics across retail lending to deliver data-driven solutions; (2) consult with stakeholders and mentor team members on tools, strategies, and best practices; (3) define analytics, oversee development and enhancements; (4) optimize analytical solutions to support executive decision-making; (5) interpret complex results and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders; (6) source, analyze, and visualize data for clear, impactful reporting; (7) partner with business leaders to implement KPIs and KDEs; (8) ensure a single source of truth across the organization; (9) manage end-to-end deliverable lifecycles within agile teams; and (10) provide technical, analytical, and problem-solving expertise throughout projects.
