Overview SMS is hiring a Sr. Software Asset Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA to support the DTRA I2TS Program. This role provides Software Asset Management (SAM) support to a large government agency, primarily leveraging the ServiceNow platform. You will lead the planning, deployment, monitoring, harvesting, and retirement of software assets by implementing best-practice workflows within the ServiceNow SAM Professional module and ITSM suite. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB, managing software entitlements, and ensuring license compliance based on software license right-to-use (RTU), maintenance agreements, and discovery data.
