Director of Psychosocial & Therapeutic Services Job-Type: W2 Full Time, Salaried: Location: Remote: Travel: 25–40% (regular travel to support facilities and teams) Position Summary: We are seeking a Director of Psychosocial & Therapeutic Services to lead the strategic development, operational oversight, and expansion of non-pharmacological behavioral health services across long-term care settings. This leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing resident quality of life by delivering psychosocial, therapeutic, and engagement-based interventions that support emotional well-being and reduce behavioral distress—without overreliance on medication. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling innovative psychosocial care models, including psychotherapy, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Peer Support Specialists, neurofeedback, neuropsychological testing, and emerging engagement technologies.
