Compensation: $43,000-$48,000 based on degree, experience, and licensure/certifications. Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Regional Manager or designee, this position works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position is responsible for recruiting, licensing, and retaining quality foster homes, ensuring licensed homes meet or exceed community and organizational needs. The position is also responsible for ensuring adherence to state and agency rules and policies, maintaining compliance standards, and completing internal reviews related to regulatory requirements.
