Short Facts Location: Munich, Germany: Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term: Salary Range: € 58.000 – 70.000 per year gross depending on the experience level, and additional 5k target bonus Working Mode: Office first setup: Language Requirement: C1 Level English (German is a plus, B2+ ideal but not required) Your Responsibilities: We are tech-heavy in our product, but our internal company runs on Notion, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, an HRIS, accounting tools, and a lot of human glue. You are the first hire dedicated to changing that. Your mission is to make Flexa the most AI-leveraged Energy start-up of its size in Europe by building (not just buying) the agents and automations that quietly run our People, Finance, BizOps, and Executive workflows. You report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with both Co-CEOs. You will own internal AI automation end to end — from talking to the human running a process today to shipping the agent that runs it tomorrow.
