Description THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD: Job Summary: Compass Systems Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Group One (NSWG-1) training programs focused on unmanned systems (UxS). This role supports the development, delivery, and evaluation of Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Initial Qualification Training (IQT) programs aligned with operational objectives. The SME will serve as a technical and instructional authority, responsible for designing and validating curriculum, delivering classroom and hands-on instruction, and ensuring training effectiveness across multiple UxS platforms (UAV, USV, UUV, UGV). This position works closely with government stakeholders to coordinate training requirements, analyze training outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
