Job description

Provide prompt and accurate service to create an enjoyable drinking experience for guests in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. Demonstrate the company s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Take beverage orders from serving staff and guests seated at the bar - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are consistent with the restaurant s standard ingredient recipes, and practice prudent portion control - Stock, prepare, cure and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality - Monitor guests at the bar for proper identification - Adhere to all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests; ensure all laws are being followed - Perform tasks related to cash handling (e.g., making change, verifying validity of charges, recording charges, and ensuring vouchers are properly executed) in order to balance all monies - Clean and sterilize glasses, utensils and bar equipment - Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar - Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive disp...
