Job description

Location: Oncology Consultants - Pasadena Pay Range: $17.93 - $29.89 Position Summary: Healthcare professionals responsible for laboratory testing, quality control, phlebotomy, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting. Perform manual and automated routine blood tests. Prepare specimens for microscope examination. Operate laboratory equipment including centrifuges, hematology analyzers, and point of care analyzers. Key Performance Areas: KPA 1 – Specimen collection and testing Collect and analyze body fluids such as urine and blood. Perform proper quality control procedures before proceeding with patient testing. Perform routine clinical laboratory tests. Perform technical laboratory procedures with accuracy and precision, meeting the standard of all accreditation/regulatory agencies. Ensure adherence to correct testing policies, procedures, and quality assurance. KPA 2 – Equipment maintenance and supplies Set up, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure efficient performance Maintain cleanliness of the laboratory.
