The Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist with patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the dental clinic. Expected Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week; Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm Essential Responsibilities: - Prepare patients for dental procedures and take their dental records and vitals - Assist dentists with all dental procedures utilizing fourhanded dentistry. - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a clean and safe environment - Provide patients with instructions for oral care and post-treatment procedures - Expose and develop dental radiographs and take impressions and pour dental models - Provide routine operational support such as tracking lab work, maintaining supplies in operatories, laundering staff scrub jackets and other duties as needed - Return patient phone calls, phone in prescriptions and schedule patient appointments W...
