In this role, you will support individuals in achieving real-world experiences, including employment and community participation, by: - Coordinating vocational services for all individuals served by the ACT team. - Assisting individuals in securing employment, supporting job applications, and providing interview preparation. - Conducting vocational assessments and assisting individuals in obtaining education or training for employment. - Developing a network of employers open to working with individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). - Educating and supporting families while advocating for the rights and preferences of individuals served.
