Job Description: Job Title ServiceNow Solution Architect Location London: Corporate Title Vice President: The ServiceNow Solution Architect – For modules like ITSM, ITOM, IRM, etc. guides and owns the delivery of ServiceNow implementations by providing mentorship and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting. You will design, implement, and optimize IT service management solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices, often using platforms like ServiceNow. You will ensure that the new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from the technical, business, user, and other views.
