Junior SaaS Engineer

Job description

As a SaaS Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our SynaptiQ platform and providing first-level support to our clients, as well as assisting with onboarding and the development of new features. Your key responsibilities will be: 1. Technical SaaS Support: - Handle first-level requests from the biggest Renewable Energy Actors , providing efficient solutions to PV or BESS technical issues and discussing more complex problems with the Senior SaaS Engineer team when necessary. - Assist the service delivery team with the deployment of assets into the SynaptiQ platform. - Understand clients' needs and translate these into appropriate technical solutions. - Support clients in maximizing their usage of SynaptiQ. 2. Contribute to further Product enhancement: - Provide input/ideas for the development and maintenance of the SynaptiQ platform. - Implement new features and improvements under the supervision of Senior SaaS Engineers. - Carry out testing of new features and updates, identifying bugs, assist in their resolution and ensuring the platform's stable...
