As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. Core Responsibilities: Own CNC process development for patient-specific dental components — from prototype to scaled production. Design and validate machining workflows for multi-axis mills (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) that achieve micron-level precision, excellent surface finish, and high throughput. Integrate automation systems (robotic loading, part handling, in-line probing, vision inspection) into CNC workflows to achieve 24/7 “lights-out” operation. Optimize toolpaths, feeds, speeds, and cutting strategies for complex geometries and challenging materials (zirconia, titanium, PMMA, and wax).
