Job Description: The Supervisor, Field Operations MIN coordinates and supervises production, distribution and marketing operations in the US Minerals Field Operations location. Leads the team of Technicians, schedules daily work to ensure work is performed to the standard operation procedures (SOP) and quality requirements, approves time in Kronos, ensures results are properly documented and communicated to clients. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies, internal standards and protocols.
