Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to lead retail food service operations at Erlanger Baroness Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing up to 25 hourly associates across 7 retail food service outlets . The Retail Manager 2 will be responsible for daily execution of operations, team engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, while maintaining Sodexo’s high standards for food safety, quality, and service. This role is ideal for a Sodexo Retail leader or a Fast Casual General Manager with strong operational and people leadership experience looking to transition into healthcare dining.
