The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing CareAngels. To be a brand ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer. These responsibilities are in addition to your primary role as carer and will equate to a f ew additional hours per month on top of your normal carer hours with us. This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to take that next step in their career from carer to leader. You will ensure CareAngels in your team are feeling valued , are regularly supervised and you will have an understanding of what motivates them . You will facilitate smooth communication across the care delivery team, run regular cell team meetings to provide and receive feedback .
