RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead a team of friendly and energetic front desk associates, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. - Be the face of our hotel, greeting guests with a warm smile and making them feel right at home from check-in to check-out. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with grace and efficiency, always going above and beyond to exceed expectations. - Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, keeping it in tip-top shape. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - A natural-born leader who loves to motivate and inspire others. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Quick on your feet, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - A problem-solving pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred, but not required – we're willing to train the right person!
