Description The Custodial Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight to the Custodial team, ensuring public guest areas, facilities, and assigned spaces are cleaned, maintained, and presented with excellence, consistency, and attention to detail. This role supports Ridgecrest’s mission by creating clean, healthy, and welcoming environments that allow guests and team members to focus on ministry, community, and spiritual growth through Purposeful Hospitality.
