Your experience within HR will come into its own at one of the top players in the logistics market. You get it done: Processing mutations in terms of inflow, throughput and outflow in our HR system: y ou’re on it . How do you do this? You ensure that all personnel mutations are processed correctly. You play a crucial role in personnel administration and coordinate the work internally with your colleagues from HR Support. In addition, you will support HR colleagues, managers and employees working at various DSV sites. To be successful in this role, knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations is essential. You are responsible for all movements concerning inflow, throughput and outflow in the HR system, submitted by employees, managers and HR colleagues. You are excellent at recognising, reconciling and correcting discrepancies, and you take into account specific collective labour agreement regulations and procedures of various business units.
