Description Enhanced Residence Aide: Full-Time, Monday - Friday: Hourly Rate: $20.75 - $22.00: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Enhanced Residence Aide enhances the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities by providing direct support for individuals who reside in Achieve operated facilities. This position includes all of the responsibilities of the Resident Aide PLUS shared responsibility for the coordination of medical and healthcare at assigned program(s)/residence(s), under the direct oversight of the Program Manager. This position’s specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the subsequent items: - Provide assistance and training to individuals supported in the areas of independent living skills (i.e.. ADLs) and personal care (i.e. showering, toileting, hygiene) according to regulatory guidelines and per agency practices, policies and procedures. - Serve as the primary in-program liaison and advocate to the medical community (i.e. doctors, nurses, therapists) in support of all individuals who reside in assigned program(s). - Transport individuals served to medical appointments and directly support them throughout the appointment through a...
