Field Manager — Honest Abe Roofing $25–$35/hr | Paid Weekly | New 2026 Company Vehicle Who We Are: Honest Abe Roofing is a well-capitalized, professionally operated franchise launching in the western suburbs of Detroit (primarily working between Dexter and Farmington Hills). Based out of Plymouth, we are building from the ground up, which means the person who joins us now helps define how this operation runs. We run a structured, premium retail roofing business focused on doing right by homeowners and building a reputation that compounds over time. We aim to bring a customer service focus to the roofing industry and become America’s most reliable and trusted roofing company . We put roofs over the heads of families, and do so with the highest level of integrity. The Role: You will be on job sites every day. You'll work hand-in-hand with partner roofing crews on full installations to ensure that the customer experience meets and exceeds expectations set during the initial customer consultation. You'll independently execute residential roofing repairs professionally and often times solo. This is a hands-on management position. You are expected to lead from the roof, not the sidewalk....
