Purpose of Position: The Real Estate Manager leads site selection, lease negotiation, and portfolio management activities that support the company’s continued growth. This role partners with internal leadership, brokers, and third-party property management partners to identify new locations, negotiate favorable lease terms, and oversee facility development. Success in this role requires strong ownership, communication, and decision making to ensure locations meet operational requirements, leases are executed efficiently, and real estate investments support the organization’s long-term strategy.
