Wanna join the adventure? Loft is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) Technician to support the build-up and testing of spacecraft and flight hardware. You’ll collaborate with engineers and technicians to bring spacecraft from drawing to orbit — taking pride in both craftsmanship and ownership of our builds. About the Role: - Assemble, integrate, and test satellite systems (mechanical, electrical, thermal) - Follow detailed drawings and schematics to perform precise build-ups - Perform functional and environmental testing on satellite components - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and integration issues - Maintain lab cleanliness and hardware organization - Document test results, build logs, and non-conformances - Use specialized tools (e.g., soldering irons, crimpers, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes) Must Haves: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, space, or high-tech manufacturing - Strong electrical or mechanical build experience (depending on position) - Electrical: Harnessing, soldering, board assembly, con testing - Mechanical: Structural assembly, solar arrays, reaction wheels - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and a...
