Summary Under the general supervision of the Store Manager, the Store Supervisor provides basic oversight of the staff and the C-Store operations during a specific shift. Follows cash handling procedures and other duties necessary to ensure a smoothly run shift. Maintains standards of quality, service and facility cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Overview: - Responsible for monitoring both staff and business operations under the direction of the Store Manager and the Regional Manager. - Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service standards are being met and that all policies are followed and enforced. - Monitors sales, resolves discrepancies, and prepares, reconciles and records cash receipts for deposit and prepares sales reports. - Monitors and coordinates ordering, receipt of and return of merchandise equipment - Verifies invoices and billing; resolves errors and discrepancies. - Ability to comply with all State, Tribal and Federal labor laws at all times. - Provides 24/7 off-hour support as needed.
