Overview To lead and contribute to the development and enhancement of IAM Central portal by leveraging React for dynamic user interfaces and Java-based APIs for robust back-end functionality. This role will involve collaborating with the team to build new features, integrate front-end components with existing Java APIs, troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, and learn our development standards and best practices, with the goal of becoming a proficient full-stack developer specializing in React front-ends and Java API back-ends within the organization. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using React. - Build and manage back-end APIs and logic with Node.js and Spring Boot. - Work with databases to store and retrieve application data. - Collaborate with designers and other developers. - Troubleshoot and fix bugs across the full stack. - Ensure the application is performant and secure. Compensation and Benefits: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000. - Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
